TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Weekly classes and private instruction/consultation. Joint warm ups, building up the Qi with gentle movements and breathing exercises, focusing on what is appropriate for the particular needs of the individual, guided meditation. Students range from Beginner to Advanced Levels of various ages and physical limitations, usually in the same class. Emphasizing mind-body empowerment and harmony within the seasons, feelings of positivity, vitality and wellness.  Exercises can be done standing or sitting, always meeting at the level where the student is most comfortable at and working from there.
